MEDITATION 

Resourcing is a vital need for all. The virtues of meditation are numerous. It allows you to find calm and serenity, practiced daily you will feel very quickly its benefits. 

Through meditation, you will learn to listen to yourself, to be attentive to your body, your mind. You will gain strength of concentration, analysis, and foresight. 

The principle of meditation is to calm oneself, by stopping thinking; or empty. 

This sounds difficult, but with time and practice, a person who meditates regularly is able to put it in a state of no thought to order. 


How to do ?

 To begin, begin with sessions of 5 to 10 minutes. Then the more comfortable you are, the longer you'll be able to hold. 

Lying down, sitting cross-legged, or standing, close your eyes, and breathe with your belly. Inhale calmly, inflate your stomach, fill your lungs thoroughly, hold your breath for 5 seconds, then calmly exhale, lower the belly, empty the air in your lungs, and hold your breath for 5 seconds. 

Repeat this breath 10 times. This will channel you mentally. This way of breathing constitutes the basis of the entry into a meditative state. The more you practice, the easier it will be to get in shape more quickly ...

Meditation technic by anchoring earth/sky


Always with your eyes closed, imagine that you are like a tree. Imagine that roots grow very deep in the earth. These roots begin under the soles of your feet, and go far into the earth. 

Then you experience a bright, powerful red energy that rises from the ground to the soles of your feet and rises through the body to the top of your head. At the level of the head, imagine branches that go from the head, to infinity in the sky. Imagine petals of lights falling on your branches. 

Then a strong white light descends from the sky, passes through the top of the head, and descends into the feet. Finally, imagine that the roots and branches come back to you.

 Practice this meditation morning and evening, it will charge you with positive energy for the day. This is one of many techniques, and they are very numerous ....
